If tt's not an action figure. It's not a statue...it's a Display Figure! These non-actioning figures are like little statues you can collect. Not particularly 'toys' they can be made of resin, PVC, hard plastic or other materials that hold detail well. Usually they're in cases or on bases, all the better for displaying. This is an international page. The figures here can be from any country, and it will be noted near each one where it's from. Especially with more modern figures (Like First4Figures) the item may be produced in a certain country and mostly advertised there (ex. the USA) however since they're sold over the web, they ship anywhere in the world, making the items available to all. The "International" approach to Sonic items is really the best one, because Sonic fans live everywhere on Earth and everyone wants an opportunity to collect. |

More POPs for team Dark, now they have made E Omega, and another pose for Rouge. (This one is reaching, the other one was holding a hand up) And well...they're pops. Omega looks fine because his eyes were just dots to begin with and he didn't particularly have a 'face', so this kind of 'chibi' version of him isn't too far off. Rouge looks 'tired of all of it' despite having no mouth. These are at Hot Topic (and anywhere there's pops, probably) for about 13 each, regular size.

This is "POP Treasure Knuckles" Apparently that copyright entangled hat from the Japanese Sonic OVA appearance only has been somewhat untangled, because Funko adds it here...but what's a bit odd is that they're actually now dressing up the figure in all new clothes that Knuckles never wore anywhere else.* He's got black gloves with gray spikes, a short crop jacket with...fringe? a belt, and his shoes have been changed to all brown with buckles added on the 'sock' parts while white (other socks?) are added on the legs. It sure is a different look, but what is this for? This is also a Hot Topic item (and elsewhere) for about 13 *Did he really never have this anywhere else? |

Pops. And now they're smaller. Smaller doesn't make these any less creepy, but Funko Pop is having a new effort with a new line "Bitty Pop". This is a miniaturized version of their usual figures so it's fully 3D/normal, etc. In this case...the gimmick is the case! It is the "Arcade" series where the figure fits into the 'screen' of a mini arcade machine that's themed after Sonic 1. The packaging looks like clamshell, but notice its retro theme with the font, 3 stripes of color and general layout. It's a good enough idea, if you like Pops. |

Now Funko Pops makes a "Chao Pair" series of figures, and they start it out with the logical choice which is Cream and Cheese. But wow...her face...just...no. There is also ready for action pose Sonic with a Hero Chao (does it look stoned?) and ready for battle pose Shadow with a Dark Chao that looks somewhat annoyed. Are these things faces somehow getting worse? Shadow's eye-dots are touching the 'brow' area of his face but sort of unevenly and like the bottoms of the heads are getting super flatter? These are super strange. Do note that at least Cheese is in a cute pose and the Hero Chao comes with a clear stand so it can look like it is flying. This is a Funko factory photo, but it was gathered by Funko Info the reporting site. |

For San Diego Comic Con 2025, Monogram Inc created these 3 very limited run display figures/sort of key chain clips. The run is limited to 300 only, to be at their booth (as is the usual) at the con. They're packaged all together, as seen in the photo inset. Monogram Inc you'll find around the rest of the site doing this chibi simplified style for keychains and blind bagged type items. What's unique here, is that because it is the 'comic con', they choose popular IDW Comic-only characters Whisper & Tangle to accompany their regular modern style Sonic character. They are 'sort of' figures but maybe also bag clips (seen on Whisper there) but they'd never be clipped to a bag because of how expensive these will be and also they're meant for display in the box only down there. They did a good job, whether or not it is agreed that comic only characters should get official merchandise or not. |

When randomized 'loot boxes' were more popular/ a big trend (before companies abused them and upset customers) the company Loot Crate specialized in video game styled ones. One of their monthly boxes contained this, the "Sonic and Rings adult collectible". As noted by the box, it was a Loot Crate exclusive item. And...it's ok..It's clearly got a good idea behind it, have Sonic posed running so that he's very dynamic/above the ground using the usual clear rods to hold up him, and the rings. |

It's more Green Hill ground (of course) for the base. However...the sculpt is a little wierd, especially the head. The head is not quite correctly shaped/there's something off about the eye proportions/it's squashed a bit? His expression is also a little 'attempting to be SA1 but not', and the body looks rather small, but that may be caused by their black background. This is their own factory photo.

Style aside, no one can fault Funko Pop for their endless combing for designs to add to their never ending lineup. Figure 1079 is Buccaneer Shadow. Do you immediately know where he's from? Well that's because they're picking from Sonic Dash now, which is more obscure and limited time. He was, for some reason, dressed up as a pirate in there for an amount of time and so now you can collect the pop of that. The figure too is limited edition/time, as you can see with the sticker there it is 2025 Summer Convention item. *The pirate outfit here is actually really well done. Whoever did it for the game did a nice job of making a fitting thing that goes to his aesthetic but has pirate/nautical details that seem to make sense. But...with that hat...where'd the spikes go? Funko, whether you like the style or not really does capture all the details of whatever they're making onto the figures, and this one is no exception. |

It's the Console Heroes! An all new lineup of classic game charcters INSIDE their classic game cartridges which open up to become mini dioramas to display your figures. Console Heroes has aquired many licenses and Sonic Classic is among them. Here is their first offering, the Sonic 2 Cartridge. You open the replica cartridge, and build the little scene inside with running Sonic, flying Tails, loop background and the famous log bridge with rings. The box resembles the cartridge's box too, so it is extra nostalgic and good to keep. This is a planned fall 2025 release & they plan another as well. Discovered by Taaron |

Hot Toys (maker of high quality, realistic and expensive figures mostly) releases a new line: Cosbi Collect. These are little 'cutie pie chibi type' blind boxed figures for modern Sonic characters. Each one comes with a striped 'ghz' type base piece, and likely an accessory or background item and a card. One of the first places to have these is the new Sega Shop in Japan, which is where these are pictured. With this clear display box, you can see all of the figures you can get, the cards, and some of the 'background' items like Sonic has the midway goal things, Shadow gets a ring, etc. The characters you can get are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Amy, Rouge and Cream. To the right are the individual boxes...but the larger boxes look like it may be the full set so you don't have to deal with bb annoyance? (Good if so) The bottom things are the Jakks Pacific small line diorama sets that can be seen on Gear at Jakks Pacific Small Line page. In the background you can see more of those 'emoji Sonic n friends' plushes all lined up. Photo by Sonic Toy Hunter |

Of course, Funko Pop has to make pops for that Sonic x DC Comics characters crossover. (As they make a pop for every variation of everything as a matter of course) Here at Comic Con, you can see that they have Shadow x Batman, Silver x Green Lantern, Sonic x Flash, Tails x Cyborg, Amy x Wonder Woman and Knuckles x . These appeared at the Bully Boy Collectibles area (the lighting is a little odd in the photo) but should be wherever pops are sold. Release is probably Fall 2025 or so.
