Yes, there are enough specifically Sonic socks to warrant entire pages of cataloging. Socks were fairly uncommon in the 90s classic era, but they have seemingly become more popular as time went on. Now, you can get little kids, regular kids and adults sizes of Sonic (and friends) themed socks. If the sock fits...wear it for Sonic style! If it is known where and what price it is, that information is usually posted along with the picture. Keep in mind that some 'kids/regular' socks will also fit some adults so be sure to investigate if you are shopping.
Looks like it with this set of socks that you can try for at 8 dollars a 'mystery pair' over at Hot Topic. Each pair is single character focused, and the designs for each match each other/complete the wrap-around image together. You can get Knuckles in punching up pose with "no time for games" slogan, Tails flying forward with "Time to fly" slogan, Sonic with rings and his name, and Shadow who is pictured differently as well as having a different style to his pair. He's in a red circle on a black fade/pixel background, and the toe area has 'ultimate power' in yellow.
Look at the Knuckles socks, they're themed a bit like his shoes in their coloration, and have an emerald too. Effort was put into the design, so it's a bit too bad you can't just choose pairs you want.
These are the Sonic & Shadow Fuzzy Socks 2 pack at Hot Topic. They're more of a house-sock that you wear around home to keep feet warm in winter. The way they're woven with the fuzzy/hairy type material makes the faces look kind of blurry/off so any design has to be very large or it would be lost in the type of material.
That said, these are just kind of ok looking. Sonic has no pupils and that 'forward face' is never amazing when it has to wrap all the way around to the back. They're all right, but not amazing. It is 16 dollars for both pairs which is an all right rate for something that's bigger like this.
