This page should have 2023 through 2024 Sonic clothes.
Watch for great new stock art (From Sega) to appear on these shirts. Both little and big sizes will likely continue. Little sizes are still ok to collect, even if you don't fit into them, because you can still fit the shirt into a frame if you like the design to make it like a poster. However, it should be noted that Kohls, JC Penny, Hot Topic, and FYE are also getting into carrying Sonic shirts. GKWorld may also be getting into shirts as well!

Hot Topic has another solo Shadow tee, this time the "Jumbo Print Shadow Tee"
And it lives up to the name, as the fist forward Shadow art is about as large as it can be on the front of the all black shirt. It looks like he's done in only 2 colors red and white (so the lower face & ears are also white) It makes it a bit stark, but it's still ok. It's good to have an adult size kind of plain tee like this one, especially because it's only about 15 dollars--which is actually fairly low for HT. This is a summer 2024 item, and is exclusive to Hot Topic

This is the Sonic Checkers Mens Tank Top, and it's another Hot Topic summer 2024 item. This is classic style, with neoclassic jumping/pointing Sonic fully-shaded in front of a white/black checker square background. The shirt is all black, and traditional tank-style (not a strappy tank) It has his name at the top in shaded 'graffitit style' thick letters in blue. The dynamic looking name and lesser-used neoclassic shaded art keep this one fresh. It is also reasonably priced at 15 dollars for an adults item.

2 more tees from Hot Topic, here is the Group Tie Dye Sonic Tee, and the Trio White Tee.
The Tie Dye Tee has an interesting mix of darker aqua and black mottling for the pattern (darker choice than most shirts make) It uses the 'big group' art with most of the cast. You can see Eggman, Rouge, Blaze, Cream, Cheese, Shadow, Knuckles, Tails, Amy and Sonic, with the modern logo at the bottom. The variety keeps this one colorful and the color choice for fabric keeps it fresh.
The Trio White tee has Sonic, Knuckles and Shadow, all in action poses, but the art is pale on

purpose. It's not pastel, but it has a 'faded jeans wash' type of coloring for all 3 characters. (As well as the modern logo, which is tiny and in gray at the top. These are adult size shirts in Summer 2024, and each should be about 15 dollars.

Hot Topic takes Year of Shadow seriously, and releases 3 more adult sizes tees in Summer 2024. There's Black/Red Shadow tee, where he is in the fist out/forward pose as a large full color graphic. This shirt has a dip dye look, with the bottom half black & the top red.

The middle tee is the Sakura Shadow design, which is a part of their Sakura Designs (Several characters get cherry blossom treatment) Here, it has him looking back/faced away, with cherry blossoms and branches and a red circle/sun or moon with his name at the bottom. It's interesting to see him with a floral pattern...a bold move that might be unfitting if enough thought wasn't put into the design. The last tee has him hovering/profle, as a large graphic over a red swirl. The background on this one has line art of him in red...but it's on black so it's actually difficult to see/tell what it is. Each of these are 18 dollars, which is an all right price because they are adults sizes and will fit anyone.

This is the Hello Summer Sonic tee...but it just has fake ice cream bars.
This shirt tries to carry ahead the 'self-aware' joke that the Sonic head shape ice cream pop is often bad/silly looking, by making other characters as poorly done dessert treats. There's Shadow, Metal Sonic and Eggman, but the trouble is none of them look all that bad? Eggman, in fact, looks quite decent! The 'gumball eyes' are slightly misplaced on purpose but look how only the Sonic one is bad. The 'joke' doesn't work if they don't make good on it/but making other characters look poorly might obscure knowing 'who it was supposed to be'.
So, with the slogan "Hello Summer" (top and bottom) you can see where the gag shirt is trying to go, even if it doesn't quite get there. This is an adult size tee at Hot Topic in Summer 2024 for about 16 dollars

Old Navy is doing Back to School Season for 2024 in Sonic style, they've got several kids shirts and backpack/lunch box type stuff on offer for late summer/fall season.
This is the 91 Kids Sonic Tee. It has a sunset theme with palm tree & city background over a pretty gradient. It has neoclassic running/tipped foward Sonic over a checkered bar with "91" in a circle (racing style) and 'the hedgehog' in cursive/signature style. The mix of fonts here gives it a late 80s kind of race/almost vaporwave type of feel. It's interesting and different enough to make it a good pick. It's also about 15 dollars which is reasonable and also Old Navy is known for sales too. This is available both in store and online.

Seasonal tee! This is the Old Navy Halloween Sonic Shirt for 2024
It's appropriately orange, with neoclassic Sonic in a red/blue cape in front of a full-moon like yellow circle. Of course bats have to make an appearance, but it is cute that they are all the Batbrain Badnick robot instead of actual bats. There are 4 of it shown flying around in the background. His name is written in a thick comic book style font in white at the bottom. The shading on the art is deliberately colorful/excessive to give a sort of 'night time' look to it even though the shirt is quite bright. This is Halloween enough/different enough from previous shirts and the design is fun.
This is kids/teens sizes and should be about 13 dollars.

Two more tees from Old Navy, and both are white. The left has neoclassic ready for action Sonic with small clouds background. He's shaded somewhat oddly, with a pale area over his whole top/back of his head? His name is spelled out in letterman style font, but with shading to make it look metallic, but the contrast here really steals the show.
The 2nd tee is another 'cast line up' type one where there's a row of characters that includes Silver, Amy, Shadow, Sonic, Eggman, Tails, Knuckles, Rouge and Metal Sonic. Everyone together makes for a colorful design, if you didn't already have something similar. Each one is 15 dollars and kids/teens size.

Now the kids sizes get a fully shaded classic art tee.
(Hot Topic had something quite similar with the fully shaded STK characters on black as well) This one has all neoclassic art/new poses for Sonic, Tails & Knuckles. Sonic is making a hands open/fly motion, Knuckles is cheerful with fist forward/tilted stance, and Tails is shown jumping forward with his hands out. The shading here is made to look like the original fully-shaded vintage 90s art--and it does succeede at it.
Very classic while bringing in new poses, it also looks great on the black background. This is neo-classic done right. It is also 15 dollars in fall/late summer of 2024, and an Old Navy exclusive.

Racing Icon and Japan Letter Hot Topic Shirts

These 2 shirts are from Hot Topic fall selections, and they are both adults size tees that should fit anyone. The left tee is called Aqua Rings...which is true, but it should have been named for whatever is written there in Japanese because who knows what those 2 big kanji letters are spelling. The shirt is indeed a vibrant aqua though, with 5 different sizes of rings and neoclassic running/tilted forward Sonic.
The 2nd tee is "The Best Racing Icons", and it's designed similarly to a car racing fan type tee. It has lots of nice details too, because the design is

extra big on the front, and both sleeves also have graphic elements on them. One has red and blue checkers, the other a yellow 91. 'Getting ready to run' classic Sonic is large in front of a spatter/checker background, the 91 is zooming across the bottom, and the classic logo in white is under that. His name is spelled in a thick itallic type font, with 'racing' in cursive under that. This is a good bold shirt that really does have a racing type design. Each one is 20 dollars.

This is the "Top Speed" kids Old Navy tee.
It's all navy blue, with the slogan and his name in Japanese at the upper pocket area. It has large full color art for modern STK down the other entire edge of the shirt. The shading on Sonic & Knuckles is extra dark, it almost looks like 'riders' type shading but it isn't quite? And the Tails art doesn't really have that shadows/highlights going on with it?
The size and positioning of the graphic makes this one fun, and the slogan/words aren't overpowering anything. It's still a stylish choice. This is 15 dollars and a fall/late summer 2024 thing.
