2024 is a particularly prolific year of Sonic stuff.. Both little and big sizes will likely continue. Little sizes are still ok to collect, even if you don't fit into them, because you can still fit the shirt into a frame if you like the design to make it like a poster. However, it should be noted that Kohls, JC Penny, Hot Topic, and FYE are also getting into carrying Sonic shirts as well as the staples of Amazon, Target & Walmart.
You can also shop at the Sonic Gear Clothing Store. .(Gear store actually has a ton of stuff, about 2 pages of it, but it DOES rotate & sell out.
It's an interesting take, the aggressive pose (note lack of mouth) with the pink tee and floral theme. Because this is the 'Carters Kids' line, it's pretty small, and about 14 dollars. It is available both in store and online. It is a spring 2025 item
What makes it 'for girls'? Well, maybe that the slogan "Ultimate Power" is written in pink? But really, nobody's going to notice that much, girl or not. However as long as its adult sizes probably anyone can wear this. It has CG Shadow in his reaching-forward pose, with the game's logo (small under the arm), a background scene from the game, and speed chevrons. It's a nice enough design to advertise the game, and he does look good here. This is a spring 2025 item, and it should be about 24 dollars.
it is specifically for Sonic Shadow Generations, as noted by the game's logo there in the bottom corner. It's all black, with walking-forward fully shaded art of Shadow. It also has his name spelled out quite large in a prickly/shiny font and the knife like/prickly/flame type design from it continues as the background. There are some white sparkles around some of the edges. The 'vintage' part of the title here probably refers to it looking like an older-fashion heavy metal or possibly motorcycle-type font/shapes going on with the designt there.
For some reason this is more expensive than other tees, at 29 dollars for adults sizes only.
It's (too bad) little kids sizes only, and all black. The design is modern Sonic in a circle, but it uses obviously "80s style" font, paint swipe and colors. But why? 80s stuff is fine (and distinctive) but it has absolutely nothing to do with Sonic of any sort. The design is a smaller one, on only one side of the upper chest area. Also--since its for little kids who are little in 2025, it has even less to do with anything they'd know of or like. A mysterious design choice, but inexpensive at 7 dollars.
It's all blue, with jumping-twist modern Sonic, his name in a split colors font, and speed chevrons up and down the sides. It's simple, very Sonic, and also too small for anyone probably over 12 years old to wear. It doesn't bring anything new, but it looks nice enough, if you didn't already have something pretty similar.
As Burlington is a clearing store, it makes one wonder where all these shirts were originally supposed to be sold.
A sporty set appears in Spring 2025 at burlington. This has a blue tank top made of jersey type fabric (Slick, polyesterish) with jumping modern Sonic, a checker fade and the "Can't Stop!" slogan. The shorts are more of the same fabric, with elastic waist and the modern logo pretty large in all white on one leg, with a row of rings under it.
This is sporty and stylish, with good big designs for the top and shorts. A good one, if you are under 11 probably.
It has a forward facing CG Sonic face, various slogans, checkers, and a CG ring. However, the photo isn't funny, the colors here are deliberatly desaturated? Toned down? Something. Also, the art they chose makes his mouth look a little wierd because the teeth are kind of at a funny angle and come across as one white bar that's been somewhat misplaced.
The slogans are Sonic Speed, Let's Roll, his name, and Always Running. This one is a bit of an unusual choice. It's also about 16 dollars because it is in the boys/teen section, however this store holds frequent sales.
Well, that won't work, but this is a baby-specific Sonic shirt. It is unsurprisingly by Jumping Beans (brand only caters to very small kids sizes) Sonic stuff for literal small babies isn't that common though. The shirt itself is decent, in a light blue with the classic logo quite large in color, neoclassic Sonic jumping through a ring, and nothing else. "If you didn't already have something similar..." doens't apply here because babies are new and so of course it does not. Note the size there, that is a baby specific size.
This is a Spring 2025 Kohls release.
You get 2 tees for only 8 dollars at Burlington in Spring 2025 and that's a great deal! (If...you can find a fitting size) These are 'youth' which is somewhat ambiguous here because they can be tiny but maybe the XL or XXL fits teens.
This is a 2 pack where the hangers are together and both tees have a checker theem. There's bright yellow with blue checkers up one side and the less common breakdancing modern Sonic, and a blue tee with checker white background with jumping modern Sonic and "I'm outta here" slogan.
This is the Dark Beginnings Collage Tee at Hot Topic. It uses the poster art but gives the whole thing a more sepia tone on the black shirt background. It has the logo for the game at the bottom right, as well. Still can't tell what it says in Japanese there over on the left side. The layout here makes it look a bit like a concert tee, which is unique/nice to do.
This is a summer 2025 release, in adults sizes and should be about 25 dollars.
At Hot Topic, this is a pair of adult size black jean shorts with built in (or I guess clipped on) suspenders that you wear by dangling them down. They have the 'gothic' look of having those grommet holes along them. The shorts have a nice amount of Shadow content though. There's his name across the whole top in red, a full color art of him on one pant leg, and the back pocket has the Shadow symbol on it as well. Plenty of styling for him here that's pretty fitting. These are 44 dollars, a 2025 item.
And...it's a choice. Why they did that brownish tie dye blotches to it is totally a mystery because this thing just looks like it has got car grease or oil or something all over it and is severely stained. It doesn't have tie-dye's shape or complexity it's just blotchy.
Which is too bad...because the design is decent here with lots of elements like the Ultimate Power slogan, red emerald, portrait of him, nice full color art, rings, checkers, 'neon' style bar...and that's just the back of the shirt. The front has the character portrait and SA2 style name. Befitting the style, the body section of the shirt is quite long, and it has no sleeves but normal shoulder area. It is also 25 dollars, and a Summer 2025 Hot Topic item.
It's an all black tee with rectangle design that has peace-sign hopping Tails. There are cherry branches and a few blossoms scattered through/around the solid rectangle for an artistic look. However, someone has over-brightened this photo, the elements look white but are actually light pink/normal Sakura style. This is listed as a 'girls' tee, but if it is adult sizes (which the price at 22 dollars says it is) anyone can wear it.
A good one for Tails fans because he is clearly the star, it is artsy and not kiddy, and the other characters also had solo items with the Sakura theme. Good to see, and stylish.
However, as it is an adult size tee and has no special styling about it, anyone could wear it. Naturally, this has all classic characters, but neoclassic art keeps them fresh. You've got flying Tails, hand gesture Sonic and look back /shy Amy. Each character is in a colored square, and the 3 stripes down the side add some retro type style and color. The classic logo is big at the bottom, but uses a kind of washed out color to match the art. This is retro looking without feeling stale or trying too hard. A nice design that doesn't feel like a repeat. It should be about 20 dollars at Hot Topic.
This is an adult size tee, for summer 2025 and should be about 20 dollars.
