GoGo Racers Sonic & Tails Of course, if an Amy GoGo Racer appears, Sonic & Tails can't be far behind. All 4 characters were likely supposed to appear on store shelves at once, as individual racing things for about 9.99 each at Target, Walmart & on Amazon probably too.
The Sonic one's launcher has a Green Hill theme, and his badnick panel is a Buzz Bomber. He leads with his shoe raised to kick it over. Tails' launcher is...Spring Yars maybe? He leads with his fists as he's set in the flying forward position with his tails
above him. His badnick panel is a moto bug. These link with all the others normally.
Sonic Boxed GoGo Racer Here's the box...and the window only shows you the little racer Sonic item, and not the launcher which is just a photo printed on the box. It's a good enough box without anything much to go wrong in the store.
Go Go Racer Sonic Adventure Playset
The GoGos must be going to success, because like...1 week after the individual small ones appeared then playsets started showing up. This one is called the "Sonic Adventure Playset", but it has nothing to do with the games of the same name. It's basically just a pretty longer GHZ track that the figure will go along rather than releasing it onto the table-top like the mini ones. It has gimmicks, such as a pop up piece of ground and a hill type area that activate as the roller passes over it. The roller figure is the same exact one as the individual one.
Knuckles Gogo Racer Play Set Knuckles also stars in his own play set, which is also very GHZ like. His gimmicks are that a lot of it is raised at the start, then he goes on a sliding carrier (To simulate his gliding), down a hill and around a corner to hit the Burrobot Badnick icon off the stand at the end.
Of course, he's properly positioned with fists forward in his classic gliding pose. He's depicted as being on a cloud/wind etc for a place to keep his rollers. This one looks likely that you'll have to assemble it, with the tall sunflower pillars holding up the gliding area. Jakks Pacific really is getting all the way into these Gogo things. This is a 2024/2025 item
Super Sonic GoGo Deluxe Playset More gogo, more playsets I guess!
This is the Super Sonic Deluxe Playset. This one comes with an exclusive Super Sonic rolling figure, and yes they did re-sculpt him with the up pointed spikes and didn't take any lazy ways with this, so it's nice to see. This one has him still in a GHZ styled area, this time with the famous loop to go around, a tip up piece of ground (it's in the background there) and around a bend in order to hit an actual boss this time, instead of a badnick panel. It's the Sonic 2 boss the Death Egg Robot. Striking this will make the panel go in half and reveal an explosion mark.
But what if we read the box carefully....Super Sonic...defeats WHO now?? They've got "Robotnick" there on the box. It's not even the right label for what he's defeating. Strange, but this type of wrong name hasn't happened in a while because everything's pretty much cannon its 'Eggman' by now.
Gogo Racer Box Backs The helpful Las Vegas Funkoholics gathers together the box-backs for all of these because often stores online won't show them to you. They're nicely enough designed, showing close ups of the badnick stands, how the launchers link together, and how the Super Sonic big one is put together, as well as showing how its defeat the boss gimmick works.

Multipet Chao Plush Dog Toys A new company gets on the Sonic scene in 2025: "MultiPet" Multi Pet is a pet toy company that got the modern Sonic license and seems to sell on Amazon (anywhere else? Info pending)
Here, they make all 3 regular types of Chao, a dark, a hero and a neutral as a simple plush toy with embroidered features.
At 10 dollars each, they're quite reasonably priced. And, the detail is actually reasonably good? Sure the heads are flattened, but look at the airbrushing on the limbs, and each one has properly shaped wings too. They're nicely enough proportioned, which makes them actually better than some regular plush that have come out in the past. Forget the dogs, just collect these for yourself at these reasonable rates if you like Chao.
Multipet Cat Toys Sonic Amy Don't leave out the cats!
Multipet has made these cat specific toys with a Sonic or Amy theme. There's a jingle ball type toy with plush Sonic face in a 'cage' ball to roll around. The other 2 toys are 'swatters'. This type of toy uses a scution cup to stick to a smooth surface/floor and a long spring so that the toy will wag/bounce when hit but not fall over. This has a plush Sonic or Amy face at the top, a bundle of color coordinated feathers and pom poms on a string. Each of these items is 10 dollars.
Multipet Tails Plush Dog Toy
Multipet also made plush dolls in a simplified form...
However, only the Tails one got a photo for some reason. (You know there's at least a Sonic one, possibly a Knuckles too) What better way to appriciate a character that you love, than to give it to your random carnivores to tear apart all over the floor?
This plush has simplified details, and is made of tougher fabric. It's stuffed somewhat, but not a lot because it's meant to be bitten and pulled on. All the details are likely embroidery for safety. This is larger than their other items, so the character plushes should all be about 15 dollars.
