This page should be items from 2022 through 2023 only. Warm weather clothing may be more expensive, but the designs are still pretty cool. Walmart is at it again with wrong names for this: "Cosplay Sonic sweatpants"...which it is not. It's another thing where it is actually just a "character hood". This has a long sleeve 'double sleeve look' top with that bare minimum hood that has tiny cheap felt flap ears and tiny single row spikes. The pants are just gray draw string sweatpants with a small Sonic art on one leg. There's nothing 'cosplay' about it, it's just a light winter/fall set.
This does have a 'sporty' theme about it, it spells out his name in a lettermens' type of font, and has punching-forward classic Sonic. There is Japanese writing in a band across the bottom, and it is not his name. So what does it say? You can write in for credit if you know. An odd yellow/green lightening bolt symbol also appears at the bottom of the shirt.
This set is available in Walmart stores in late summer/fall 2023 and online. It should be about 16 dollars.

Here are some fleecy pants which don't seem to have a title.
They're adults sizes, and so will fit anyone. It's more of that smooth 'fleecy' (not actual fleece) material, with elastic waist, no-cuff ankles and blue draw string tie. They're black, and have an all-over pattern of the same classic Sonic face and the classic logo all over. It's large enough to mostly not be busy. They're about 25 dollars at Amazon, if you didn't have anything similar already.

This is the Group Portrait Hoodie from Box Lunch.
It's an adults sizes no zip hoodie with single kangaroo pocket. The top and hood are light blue, the bottom and long sleeves are dark blue, and the art is on a white band across the chest area. It has waving Tails, running Sonic and fists-together Knuckles, all in full classic color. The classic logo is at the top right.
Because it's Box Lunch, the fabric quality here will be good, and the sweat shirt is likely sturdy, but the design doesn't really bring anything new to the table and the mix of poses (2 characters are standing/Sonic is randomly running just 'in front' of them) just kind of looks like they plopped stock art down--which really...is uncommon for them. It's certainly an ok sweat shirt, if the person didn't have like 3 similar tees or sweats already like this one. This is a factory photo

This is the "Team Sonic Letterman's Jacket" by Box Lunch.
It's an adult size outerwear coat in the college sports style format with snaps for the front, 2 side pockets, big logo on the back, and classic 'letter' made out of a patch of textured fabric on the sleeve. Of course, it follows in the steps of the original 1990s (very famous) Sonic Lettermans' jacket.
This has "Team Sonic" across the back with rings surrounding a green circle that has waving Tails, fists together Knuckles & running Sonic in it. They're all quite overlapped.

The logo area on the front is the classic logo, embroidered on, and the patch is still the 's' from the logo, on one arm. It's not as decorated as the original jacket, but it does keep well with the style and it looks good. It's nice to see a modern alternative to the rare old one. It's reasonably enough priced too, at 40 dollars at BoxLunch online and sometimes in its physical stores in winter of 2023.

The company Climate Right CuddlDuds (it's made Sonic stuff before) is back in 2024 with this set of "Warm Underwear". This stuff used to be called 'long underwear' and is something you're supposed to put on under all the rest of your winter clothes to help keep warm. However, it seemingly gets used for PJs more than that, though.
This is sized for boys/teens but obviously anyone who is __-tall (in accordance with the package) can wear it depending the size. The pants and shirt have the same all-over pattern of CG art for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles with "let's roll!" written in a wintery font.
This is very soft, made with spandex and does have thumb-holes to make it easy to layer with. It should be about 12 dollars at Walmart in Winter 2024. This is in the Sonicgear collection

The whole (kind of odd) concept of associating classic characters with various foods did include Amy rose, and her dedicated item is bubble gum, rather than a food or candy. In this case, they place the Amy gum ad on a pale pink long sleeve sweatshirt. The slogan here is "So Sweet And So Fresh!" It has a neoclassic simplified colors art of her holding a cube of gum in one hand. Pink/White/Black are the only colors here for the art of her.
Sure it's cute and all, perfect for Amy fans because there are no other characters but it feels fairly random (really just as random as all the other Character's foods) having them promote non-existant food in the way of ads that only existed years before Sega even got started.
This is an adults size sweat shirt that should fit anyone, and is on Amazon in spring 2024 for about 27 dollars.

Pink Classic Style Hat Gloves Set Winter

Perhaps Amy Inspired...?
Here's a pink theme beanie cap and gloves set from Bio World in (oddly enough) Spring 2024. It's quite classically styled with little squares with the character portraits. The hat has a pink rim, pink fluffy pom pom and pale blue main part. There's 4 portraits all with neoclassic art for Tails, Sonic, Knuckles & Amy. The gloves are all pink, and use the same Sonic portrait but there the background is light blue so they'll match the hat better. This is a 'fits kids' type thing, so maybe kids/teens. Note that even though it's pink they didn't call it a 'for girls', which is nice. This should be about 19 dollars at Amazon

Tassle Beanie Hat Gloves Shadow Black Set

Shadow gets the character-beanie hat treatment here with this new for 2024 hat and gloves set. It's knit fabric with braided tassles for the hat & the usual knit 'kids style' gloves. The hat is "character" where it has forward-facing face for the front, his details (ears spikes) as flaps so it's his 'head' on your head. The gloves also have forward facing-face graphics on the backs.
Shadow's serious character doesn't really work well with this 'wacky silly kids cartoony' snow play type of set, but...well here they go anyway with him because he's another character on the roster. This is (somehow) a spring 2024 item, confirmed at Amazon for about 21 dollars.

Here's a costume style hoodie for Shadow.
This one uses the 'mesh face cover inside the hood' as a mask that's always there when you're using the hood. The fleecy zip front sweat shirt itself has his markings like the red arm stripes & white chest area. The sleeves are tipped with the gold bracelets and the end has white for the glove cuffs.
You can see the modern logo in the neck/back area (so it's probably that brand that only puts the logo) These types of swatshirts are an interesting idea, because without the mask/face on there it becomes slightly subtle since there are no character pictures on it & his markings are recognizable to fans mostly. This should be about 30 dollars and is a 2024 item at Amazon

In spring 2024, a hoodie for adults appears on Amazon. This is another of those 'only sega branded' items (see the cloth tag there) , but it's called "Sonic Big Ring Hoodie". It's a pullover, without pockets or zipper. It lives up to the name though, as it has quite-large on it finger-waving classic Sonic in a large ring of stars, with a yellow background. The full color classic logo is at the bottom. The combination of blue sleeves/hood and gray body part plus the big, simple design make this look very classic and 90s as well. If that's what you're going for, this is a good pick because it's only 25 dollars. (an ok rate for adult sweatshirts in any size)

Here comes an unusual color...Burgundy!
This is the "Classic How I roll 2 piece set". And, it's an unusual-for-Sonic stuff dark rusty red/burgundy red. The set is fun though, with plenty of decoration. You've got large size neoclassic Sonic leaping for the shirt's main art, the slogan and pixelated rings. The sleeve has "classic since 1991" on it. The pants (which usually seem like an afterthought) are also nicely & thorougly decorated. There's checkers, 91, "Let's Roll!" slogan, and Sonic & Tails faces. All of it is nice and large, and on both legs.
This fits big kids and adults, which is always good to see. It's reasonable, at 23 dollars on Amazon as well. This is a spring 2024 item

Here is a fleece jacket with front-zip design. It's a usual pattern with long sleeves and small up collar. It does not appear to have pockets. It's an all blue design, with darker blue classic Sonic faces and rings scattered over a lighter blue pattern. Because they're fairly big, and not too close together, it doesn't really come across as busy. This is a teens/adults item so it should fit just about everybody.
It's pretty standard looking, but it is good to see Sonic on more of a variety of types of winter wear like this. It's a spring 2024 item, but who makes it and how much does it cost?

Fleece Zip Costume Style Knuckles Sweat Shirt

Another 'costume style' hoodie, this time featuring Knuckles.
The all red sweat shirt says its made of 'fleecy' material but...the texture here looks more like a regular sweat shirt fabric. It has the expectable character face hood, but fortunately no eye-screen. There's also a picture of Knuckles on one side (jumping, raised fist) and his name in the badge area on the chest. The zipper is for the whole front, and it does not have pockets.
The main issue seems to be that even though this isn't a little kids item, it's just not that sophisticated that 'anybody who likes Knuckles' can wear it because of the insistance on that goofy costume hood that nobody other than little kids actually uses/wants. *Of course there are exceptions. Like people who handle 100s of used clothes every day to find that 99% of eye-screens are always ripped out. It's a spring 2024 item, but who makes it and how much does it cost?

This is the Sonic & Amy Comic Style set
It's a hoodie sweat shirt and sweat pants set in egg-shell white. It has the more 'toony' look for classic Sonic and Amy faces. Amy is in a heart bubble doing the sweat emote and yelling a comic-bubble "Sonic!" out, while he has a shine emote and is in a ring. Cheerful Amy and the same Sonic face appear in paler colors scattered on the sleeves along with his name, groups of rings & smaller sprites of him. The same pattern appears on one leg of the pants. It's interesting to see a clothing set use this 'old fashion' type of art style. It is by Bio World, fits teens to adults, and is 30 dollars on Amazon in 2024.

Here's a 3 pack of common type kids gloves.
They're that 1 size fits all stretchy knit material. The colored finger tips indicate that they may have phone-screen-touch compatability. 2 of the pairs have an embroidered character & name on the back of each. The navy blue has Sonic & the black has Tails...but what's up with that 3rd pair? It's completely plain without any Sonic content. These are a bio World item for 16 dollars...and they're usually not one to include the kind of shammy/ padding 'extra' thing that nobody wanted that is unbranded just to make the sets look better. Odd of them to do...but if you want gloves of Sonic at 8 dollars per pair, I guess this is it on Amazon in 2024.
